PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO LIMITED GYM TIME WE WILL NOT HAVE A 6 YEAR OLD CLINIC THIS SEASON


REGISTRATION PROCESS:

1) Print and complete a registration form
2) Send the form and check to:

3) If an age group is full, we will put you on the waiting list until a spot is available. If nothing becomes available, we will return your check to you.

Based on the birth date as of September 1, you will be placed into one of the age groups.
Registration age groups ( Birthday as of 9/1/2008):

7&8 Year Old  (9/2/99 - 9/1/01)
9&10 Year Old  (9/2/97 - 9/1/99)
11&12 Year Old  (9/2/95 - 9/1/97)
